A.M. Abernathy is the artist behind the Instagram account ShePaintsinPink. Her art adventures began with doodles of random things on tiny pieces of paper and quickly grew into intuitive abstract paintings on paper and canvas.
Her work took on a life of its own as she began exploring personal growth, self-acceptance, and vulnerability. Her signature color is hot pink and it is often incorporated into her paintings. She loves to juxtapose hyper-feminine colors, chaotic movement, and energetic layers in her pieces.
