ABOUT OUR CALLS

Doré Art Collective hosts solo and group exhibitions. Our call for entries serves as a professional stepping stone for emerging artists to exhibit their work and add to their CVs. As we know exhibitions have great benefits for artists. It allows the opportunity to grow, network, and sell work. Our goal is to help push you along - without worrying about the traditional cost of exhibiting.

Getting your works ready to submit

Before you pay for a call for entry, be sure to prep your work and follow these guidelines below.

  1. Images/Files - resize all images to 1800 px on the longest side at 72 dpi JPG & PNG ONLY & named (firstname_lastname01)

  2. Artist bio (250 words max)

  3. Artist Statement (500 words max)

  4. Title List (Include image title, year, and medium)

  5. Website/Portfolio Link

  6. Social Media Handles

(A pdf document with materials 2 - 6 is preferred, but files can be separate.)

Failure to submit all required documents will disqualify you from the exhibition

Solo Shows

There is no theme required for entry for solo shows. Selected artists will each receive a solo exhibition on the Doré Art Collective website, be added to our artist directory, and receive an artist interview. 


To submit, please include the following in your submission: 10 - 15 images, artist bio, artist statement, a title list, link to portfolio/websites, & social media handles

Solo Shows will be promoted via Doré Art Collective’s website, Instagram, Blog, and Newsletter.  

Eligibility - All artists from any country and gender are encouraged to apply with works in any of the following mediums: photography, painting, printmaking, collage, sculpture, digital, fiber, mixed media, and installation. We aren’t currently taking video entries at this time. 

Any inquiries about works for sale will be directed to the artist. Doré Art Collective LLC. will not make any percentages on sales.

Group Shows

Group shows will always require a theme for entry. Themes are set in advance.

4 - 6 artists will be selected to exhibit on the Doré Art Collective website and will be promoted on Doré Art Collective’s Instagram, blog & newsletter for the duration of the exhibition.
