With influences between Gordon Parks and Jemel Shabazz, both traditional and modern perspectives have helped shaped my style of composition.

Growing up my favorite pass time was capturing people with my disposal camera. I loved the purity of capturing people, mostly my family in their intimate spaces. It allowed me to truly see the “person” of each subject. I saw love, imperfection, beauty, and resiliency.

It was in those moments that my love for film developed turning pass time hobby into a full-time career.
